Hello, thanks for visiting. I'm a licensed psychologist with 15+ years experience helping adults lead more manageable, fulfilling lives. Clients who seek me out are interested in taking control of their lives by gaining clarity over how their early experiences continue to burden them in adulthood. As innocent children, we relied heavily on caretakers to keep us safe and teach us how to navigate the complexities of life. To do well, we not only needed to learn tools for survival, but more importantly, how to manage stress, deal effectively with people, and make good decisions. Through candid, insight-driven discussions, we will explore the roots of your current struggles, and make sense of why you just can’t make the seemingly “easy” changes you want to make. I have strong intuition, and use it to identify problematic patterns so that together, we can help you develop tools to break them.
