About
I specialize in treating anxiety and OCD across the lifespan, with particular expertise in children and adolescents. I bring over 20 years of experience and previously served as Director of the Child Anxiety Disorders Clinic at Stanford University. I provide evidence-based treatment using ERP and ACT, and am BTTI-trained through the International OCD Foundation. Common concerns include generalized worry, school refusal, perfectionism, and emotionally intense or highly sensitive children. My style is collaborative, warm, and down-to-earth. I want clients to feel at ease from the start, even when working on challenging problems. When supporting young people, I partner closely with parents to build practical tools that make daily life feel more manageable. I aim to create a space where clients feel understood, supported, and encouraged to grow.
