For over 45+ years, I have worked extensively with individuals, couples, and families experiencing anxiety, depression, or other complex feelings related to difficult life transitions as well as to specific issues such as extramarital affairs, divorce, parental alienation, domestic violence, loss and grief, underachieving adolescents and young adults, etc. My overall goal of therapy is simple: to help each client get more of what they want in their relationships and less of what they do not want. I am a flexible therapist, preferring to adapt the treatment approach to the particular needs and comfort level of the client(s).
