Maybe you’re feeling burned out, anxious, overwhelmed, stuck in old patterns, or unsure how to get back to the life you want. You want to feel calmer, more in control, more confident, and finally able to breathe again. That’s the work we’ll do together. I range from the small, every day, every-so-often challenges, to the ongoing, major issues that you just can't seem to shake. I'll help shake that tree and get those monkeys off your back. I can do bi-weekly, weekly, twice a week or more; whatever you need and we decide we'll do!
