Using dynamic, holistic, relational, strength-based, and evidence-based approaches, I work with individuals to resolve challenges that affect them personally and/or professionally. I strongly believe that seeking the balance between physical, mental, and spiritual health is very important. Thus, it's been greatly beneficial to incorporate them in my work.
