I’m Dr. Brandon, a therapist practicing in the State of Georgia. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, designed to help you identify and change negative thought patterns and behaviors that may be impacting your mental health. But therapy is very dynamic and doesn't have to be all serious! As someone who loves to laugh and believes in the healing power of humor, I also incorporate a healthy dose of levity into my sessions. In fact, research has shown that laughter can boost mood, reduce stress, and strengthen our immune systems.
