Hello! As a clinical psychologist (PhD) trained at Penn State and the University of Pennsylvania, I help with challenges such as anxiety and trauma. However, I specialize in treating personality disorders (e.g., borderline, narcissistic), sleep issues (e.g., insomnia, sleep paralysis), and complex, rare, or treatment-resistant conditions.
