There is no such thing as an “ideal” client because every person is unique. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. While each client’s treatment plan is tailored to their specific needs, every client receives the same core commitment from me: a genuine, compassionate, and honest therapeutic relationship. Your goals, along with your voice, whether internal or external. are central to our work together. My focus is not on your diagnosis, label, or past, but on you as a person. I believe everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and supported in their journey toward healing and growth.
