Life is never perfect, and happiness cannot be a reality every day, but striving toward these outcomes is vital in order to get there when we can. I am authentic and direct in my approach but have been told I am always warm, approachable, and trusting. My specialties include dealing with anxiety and depression, OCD, and relationships.
