Maybe life threw something big at you, like a loss, illness, injury, or a memory that won’t let go, and now you’re trying to figure out what’s next. Maybe it’s anxiety, burnout, insomnia, or coping habits that aren’t working for you anymore, and you aren't sure what else to try. I work with teens, adults, and seniors to help create real, lasting change when things feel overwhelming. My goal is to get you unstuck, tap into your strengths, and work together to help you get back to or build a life that reflects your values and life goals.
