Welcome! I am so happy that you are taking this step towards healing and growth! I want to offer immense encouragement as you begin your journey! It’s my personal belief that all humans have the power to grow and heal, but sometimes we get lost or stuck on this journey. Therapy is a powerful place where we can meet all parts of us with compassion in order to heal. I have a deep passion for supporting individuals throughout their perinatal and parenthood journeys. I have completed specialized training in perinatal mood disorders and advanced perinatal mental health treatment through Postpartum Support International (PSI). I have a special interest in working with individuals who have experienced planned or unplanned pre-term labor, individuals navigating difficult relationships with their mother, and parents who wish to work towards implementing a respect-based and conscious parenting approach.
