Parenting is tremendously hard and if you have child or adolescent with mental health struggles your job is generally more challenging. I specialize in helping parents to understand their child's mental health struggles, to adjust their parenting styles accordingly, and to rebuild a positive connection with their child. The majority of my practice is working with the parents of anxious, sensitive, emotionally deregulated, and/or aggressive children or adolescents. I will support you so that you can understand, care for, and unconditionally love your child while maintaining a calm and stress free home.
