About
I am a seasoned Psychologist with 22 years of community mental health, private practice and organizational experience. I have worked with hundreds of adults, children and families in a variety of mental health settings, including 7 years as a staff Psychologist with Kaiser Permanente’s Child and Family Department of Psychiatry. I have recently turned my practice more towards supporting women in midlife, who are navigating the complexities of menopause, empty nest, divorce, career changes or shifts in identity. I creatively offer support for women ready to reimagine their lives during this pivotal time.
