My ideal clients are high-functioning adults and couples who look successful on the outside but feel stuck, disconnected, or internally unsettled. They are insightful and self-aware — often very articulate — but frustrated that understanding their patterns hasn’t translated into meaningful change. They may be navigating relationship stagnation, emotional disconnection, sexual concerns, anxiety fueled by avoidance, work-life imbalance, infertility stress, or major life transitions. Many feel overwhelmed by responsibility, struggle to tolerate discomfort, or notice repetitive patterns in conflict, intimacy, or follow-through. Specialties include: painful sex, pelvic floor dysfunction, low sexual esteem, infertility, endometriosis, women's health issues, marital and divorce issues, break up counseling, couples therapy, sexual health education, sexual identity/orientation, sexual dysfunction, pre-marital counseling, as well as depression, anxiety, and career issues.
