Dr. Perez, an Army veteran has worked with a wide range of populations, including children, college students, law enforcement, adults, and families. Dr. Perez primarily utilizes a relational approach when working with clients, but is also trained in other modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and humanistic. Since graduating from Pepperdine University, Dr. Perez has provided bilingual mental health services in both English and Spanish in a variety of settings.
