"There are just some times in life when it can often help to talk." I have twenty-five years of experience in providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples and older adolescents. Talking and working in a therapeutic relationship can be an opportunity to identify issues, thoughts and behaviors that may cause distress for someone in their life and relationships.
