Welcome, I'm glad you are here! I am currently accepting new clients. I work with adults and couples using a relational approach that emphasizes connection: being seen, heard, and valued for who you are AND where you are in your journey. My goal is to create a nurturing, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to share your needs and explore the factors and patterns that may be impacting your quality of life. As an immigrant, I am particularly sensitive to the many ways different people show vulnerability, and strive to consider how multicultural, interpersonal, and contextual factors inform our complex identities and experiences.
