We engage in self-defeating behaviors due to childhood conditioning. What we think creates our misery or joy; we act like every thought is fact & this brings us pain, anxiety, & depression. When not in the moment, we're unhappy; we learn from past; what we do in this moment determines the future. I help my people to that happy place.
