My primary focus is to help clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma related problems. I believe in a cooperative, open, results oriented approach to therapy where the client and I work as a team to identify and resolve problems. I believe in a comfortable environment where the interaction is both open and straight forward in which to foster a positive atmosphere for change.
