It is often our own insecurities that prevent us from achieving our optimal potential. I believe we all have an inherent capacity for change and growth. Within the collaborative therapeutic space, clients can begin their journey of self-discovery and emotional healing as they work to overcome personal obstacles. My practice is demographically diverse with treatment tailored to the uniqueness of the individual and sensitive to issues of culture, ethnicity, sexual orientation/identity, disability, religion/spirituality, socioeconomic status and presenting condition.
