I specialize in helping people feel less anxious and more confident in themselves and their relationships. People often work with me in times of change such as a breakup, new relationship, job stress, parenting, or caregiving (including dementia and Alzheimer's Disease). I also have a passion for helping women experiencing post-partum difficulty, pregnancy loss or termination, pregnancy after loss, and infertility. My clients tend to value growth and balance and sometimes have wounds from childhood to sort out. On top of that, they sometimes have ADHD (or suspect they do) and are working very hard to make it all work. Together we can figure out where to start, sort things out, and find a way forward so that you can thrive.
