I’ve spent over 20 years empowering teen girls and the mothers who guide them. Growing up, my family loved me but lacked the skills to nurture confidence, repeating the patterns they inherited. Today, I see many mothers facing the same challenges—wanting to do better but missing the tools, support, and healing required. My work helps women break cycles, strengthen their self-worth, and raise confident daughters. Because you can’t give what you haven’t yet received.
