I am a doctoral level clinical psychologist with ten years of clinical training. I opened my private practice after my graduation in 2025. I specialize in helping adults move out of old patterns, regulate intense emotions, and build meaningful, grounded lives. Life can feel heavy even when you’ve worked hard to grow.
