I have extensive experience working with youth experiencing anxiety, fears, panic, school avoidance, OCD, PTSD, and depression. I offer compassionate care to support children, teens, and young adults in their journey to overcome anxiety. I also help parents support their child in managing anxiety and facing fears. I provide services to families throughout the state of California via secure video platform (telehealth). I offer in-person services in Temecula, CA. As an expert in child mental health, I draw on the most advanced and high-quality therapy approaches. I have been on faculty at Loyola University Chicago, published widely in the field of child psychology, and worked as a psychologist and supervisor at Rady Children's Hospital San Diego. I offer specialized and caring support for youth and families.
