I strongly believe, and research supports, there must be a good "fit" in a therapist-client relationship. I aim to create a safe environment with empathy, curiosity, and nonjudgment. We all inherently have the capacity for growth, and my job is to provide the healthy environment needed to increase insight, challenge unhelpful behaviors, and support your positive change. I see individuals and couples. If you're interested in couples therapy, we'll figure out what's at the root of your disagreements so you can truly heal, grow, and reconnect.
