I hold certifications as a Family, Leadership, Dream, and Quantum Coach for approximately 20 years. I am a Certified Trauma-Informed therapist, Gottman Couples Counselor, and Hypnotherapist, with training in CBT, EMDR, Sports Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Recovery, Mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems.
