I provide counseling, psychotherapy, and consulting for individuals and organizations seeking more than short-term symptom relief. Drawing from depth-oriented approaches, my work focuses on exploring the deeper roots of distress, developing self-understanding, and making sense of the patterns that shape one’s life and relationships. Many individuals I work with have tried other forms of therapy and still feel stuck, disconnected, or uncertain.
