I provide individual therapy and parenting support. I specialize in the treatment of: Anxiety, Depression, Grief and Loss, and Maternal Mental Health. I have over 12 years experience providing psychotherapy and mental health services to clients of all ages and from all walks of life. I work with individuals and families on a variety of issues including: communication, relationship and conflict resolution skills, building and sustaining healthy friendships, parent-child relationships and positive parenting, and stress management.
