I enjoy inviting people to therapeutic spaces to speak about the issues and challenges that are important to them. I consider the therapeutic space a sacred, compassionate, and nonjudgmental environment where people can share their stories, joys, celebrations, challenges, and struggles in life. Life is a journey and I desire to journey with you as you discover your authentic self by understanding your core beliefs, relationships, spiritual values, narratives, ethics, and family systems. My approach to counseling is collaborative and relational as I seek to partner with you towards a path of health and wholeness.
