Whether you are navigating anxiety, ADHD, burnout, a life transition, or interpersonal pressures, my goal is to provide a supportive space to explore who you truly are. Clients describe me as skilled, gentle, validating, and collaborative. I specialize in providing neuro-affirming care to clients who might describe themselves as neurodivergent. I specialize in working with anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, and ADHD in women who are often misdiagnosed or lacking culturally-specific care.
