I have been working as a therapist for over 25 years in a variety of settings in Montana, Boston, Los Angeles, Oregon, and Canada. I realize that people enter into therapy for many different reasons and at different times in their life. I utilize a collaborative approach to working with clients, working to find an approach to your therapy that feels supportive and effective. I know this work often requires courage and vulnerability and perhaps a sense of humor. Finding the right therapist and modality is an important part of this work.
