My ideal client is someone who is self-aware enough to recognize they are struggling but may not yet have the tools or confidence to make meaningful changes. They might present with issues like anxiety, unresolved trauma, low self-worth, or difficulty maintaining healthy relationships. Often, they are high-functioning on the outside but feel emotionally stuck, disconnected, or overwhelmed internally. As a trauma-informed practitioner, my approach is centered around creating safety, building trust, and empowering clients to reclaim their sense of self after overwhelming or distressing experiences. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, childhood emotional neglect, relational wounds, and developmental or attachment.
