As an experienced clinical psychologist, I have most enjoyed working with people having difficulty adjusting to the stressful events and demands in their lives. They find themselves reacting with anxiety, anger, depression or other disturbing feelings and behaviors that work on them rather than for them. They yearn to develop ways of coping and hope to develop a greater appreciation for what life has to offer.
