Feeling truly known and accepted is at the core of the human experience. For this reason, feeling disconnected from those around you can be intensely painful, upsetting, and confusing! As your therapist, I hope to help you build a deeper understanding as well as practical tools which allow you to foster deeper connection with yourself and with those who mean the most to you. I am particularly skilled at working with LGBTQIA+/queer folks, people impacted by neurodiversity (ASD, ADHD, etc.), and relationships in conflict.
