I am here to help you find direction, get relief, become unstuck, reinvent yourself, and strengthen relationships. Clients often experience therapy with me as validating, as a place to process what is going on and gain deeper understanding, while developing skills to change and grow as a person. In my practice, I work with children, adolescents and adults. I specialize in maternal mental health, executive functioning coaching, parent coaching and couples therapy. In my approach with clients, I balance using directive strategies and skills from a wide range of evidence based practices, with a focus on the therapeutic relationship.
