Hello, my name is Dr. Cortnie S. Baity, LMFT and I am the owner of Onward and Upward Psychotherapy & Consulting Services, LLC., now serving all Florida and Georgia, and New York residents. I understand that throughout our life’s journey we all will face difficult moments and/or seasons. In order to grow through these times, we must embrace the human species’ primal need for survival: meaningful social engagement. As a psychotherapist, I believe that a safe space for vulnerability, transparency, effective communication, and support are vital for growth and overcoming life’s day to day challenges.
