My ideal individual client is someone who wants to work on self-exploration, navigating relationships, and building community. You may be struggling with avoidance, procrastination, or just feeling overwhelmed and stuck. I am an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist who is also part of this community. I also work with issues specific to sexuality, gender, identity, and community building. When it comes to relationship therapy, I understand and value a wide range of relationship structures. I work with monogamous couples, open relationships, and polyamorous relationships on exploring these dynamics or changes to the dynamics. Healing occurs in relationships. In order to look at, understand, and change patterns you need to feel safe and supported. It is my priority to build that safe space and trust as you begin to self-reflect, learn about yourself, and start making changes. In therapy, we will build mindfulness skills, identify values, and build a new relationship with thoughts.
