First, if you noticed I have 2 profiles that is because a billing company I use to take some insurance plans controls the other profile. This profile is so that I can reach people that take other insurances or need a lower out-of-pocket rate..... My approach is trauma informed and grounded in humanistic, dynamic, and holistic therapies. I am good at helping you sort through experiences to identify patterns and underlying roots of the challenges you are experiencing. From this deeper understanding, I can help you explore ways to shift patterns and provide you with practical concepts and skills to apply in your daily life. My style is conversational (unstructured), candid and insight oriented. Sessions are guided more by you and I apply my relevant knowledge and skills. I do not typically provide homework, like worksheets, but can give you a focus to build awareness, practice different skills, and/or contemplate concepts discussed.
