I am an experienced, thoughtful and caring therapist that will help you overcome or work on any issues, problems or concerns that you are dealing with. I have over 20 years of experience in the mental health field and I have worked with singles, couples, families, seniors, and adolescents. I am empathic and an active listener. I treat all of my clients with unconditional positive regard and respect. I do not believe in a one size fits all therapy approach. Every client is different and has different needs and that is my focus. I work with the entire person to help them improve their mental health and over all well-being.
