I am a licensed clinical social worker with nearly two decades of experience with clients of all ages. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. I don't rely on a single therapeutic modality. Rather, I blend the best parts of many different approaches including Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Trauma-Focused CBT, and components of EMDR. My clients typically find me warm and validating while gently pushing them to grow in the specific areas. I have a growing practice working with people who are navigating complex relationship dynamics. I specialize in working with people who have experienced complex trauma or who struggle with anxiety. This may include a particular event, or series of life disruptions that have led to impediments in everyday life. But this isn't a requirement. Sometimes, it's good to just have someone to talk to.
