I work with adolescents, adults, and couples facing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I utilize evidence-based therapies and techniques such as EMDR, ACT, CBT, and the Gottman Method for couples therapy in an integrative manner to tailor my approach to each client’s specific needs.
