I am a fully licensed clinical psychologist and I am an OCD/Anxiety specialist. I take a collaborative, directive, and non-judgemental approach that is sensitive to your needs, values, and goals. My goal is to create a space where you can face your fears and tolerate feelings of uncertainty and discomfort that anxiety triggers. I also enjoy working with educators, students, and children (as young as 6+) who are struggling with emotional regulation or anxiety.
