The most important work we can do is to strengthen what anchors your growth: your relationship with yourself, others, and your past. I help individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s changes, including relationship shifts, infertility, loss, postpartum, and family transitions. Using attachment-based methods, we explore patterns in how you seek connection, helping current struggles make sense and uncovering a clear path forward. Together, we’ll work toward relief, healing, and lasting growth. Accepting United Health/Optum insurance in Colorado only.
