Entering psychotherapy doesn't need to be intimidating or scary! It does require a trusting and open relationship. I use my own experiences and education along with everything you bring to sessions to create a trusting,engaging and warm environment. I specialize in dynamics related to child sexual abuse and trauma, family issues, divorce, depression and anxiety, difficulty with anger management, coping skills, low self-esteem, social skills deficits, relationship problems, and other general family concerns.
