Hi. I am a licensed clinical psychologist with nearly 25 years of experience. I specialize in supporting college students and adults during times of change, challenges, losses, or mental health symptoms. I strive to help clients better understand and navigate their experiences, and make meaningful changes. I support self-compassion, perspective taking, discovery, and skill development. I’m flexible in my approach, and believe in personalizing scientifically proven methods to best fit a client’s needs. I also can help clients clarify, or confirm a diagnosis (i.e., label) of, their mental health experiences.
