I am passionate about supporting those facing medical challenges to help them improve their quality of life & regain a sense of purpose & empowerment in the face of health adversity. Difficulties may manifest as an unrelenting pain that robs you of the ability to be present or experience joy, a brain injury that seems to have shifted your sense of identity & self-worth or feeling as though a GI condition has imposed rigid rules & accompanying fears that interfere with living life on your own terms.
