About
I am a clinical psychologist licensed in the state of Pennsylvania. I mostly work with children, teens, and young adults with chronic pain or other medical problems including POTS/dysautonomia, Functional Neurological Disorder (FND/FNSD), and migraines. Most of my patients have been dealing with chronic illness and other stressors that have significantly impacted their physical functioning. My approach is collaborative. I work together with patients to help figure out their goals and work on getting back to functioning. I primarily use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), both of which are skills-based which means they work for almost everyone, even if you don't like to talk about your feelings!
