As a second-generation Chinese American, I grew up in an immigrant household and understand the cultural dynamics my clients carry. I offer in-person therapy at my Manhattan (Flatiron) office and telehealth across New York, New Jersey, and California. Many of my clients are high-achieving Asian American professionals who appear capable on the outside but carry a lot internally, including imposter syndrome, perfectionism, burnout, and the lasting effects of growing up with emotionally immature or unpredictable parents.
