Many people feel the same and it often leads to depression, anxiety and a stagnant life. I provide guidance through education and therapy to help people find their way out of the morass they're in. Group therapy has been shown to be extremely helpful in kick starting your innate problem solving skills as you work with peers facing similar challenges building a sense of community and bringing you out of isolation. The work is challenging but rewarding.
