Hi- I look forward to meeting you! I am a licensed psychologist, published author in 3 books, and founder and director of New Life Psychology Group. Although I primarily work with adults, I also work with some youth. For adults, I specialize in life coaching, depression, and anxiety related issues. For children, I specialize in foster/adoption, behavior disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and depression. I also provide Christian-based counseling. Furthurmore, I also provide psychological testing. I enjoy working with adults and youth with depression and anxiety. I use a cognitive-behavioral framework along with a solution-focused approach. .
